When you contact us or request a trial class, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, your email address, your message and, if you include them, your child’s first name, grade and musical experience. Beyond that, we see only the anonymous, aggregate statistics described under Services this site uses.

Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam. When you use a form, Google may collect device and usage information; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights give us anonymous, aggregate statistics about visits and page speed. They do not use cookies or identify you.

Performance videos on the Meet Your Mentor page are embedded from YouTube and load only when you play them. YouTube may set cookies at that point, under Google’s policies.

Only to reply to you, to arrange and plan lessons, and to keep in touch about your child’s lessons. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else.

This site is written for parents and guardians, and we do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. Information about a child reaches us only from a parent or guardian. If a child has contacted us directly, tell us and we will delete it.

We keep your messages while we are in touch about lessons and delete them when you ask. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your child.

Separately from lessons, our studio tools may connect to a YouTube channel at its owner’s request. That access is used only to upload the videos the owner asks us to publish, and the owner can withdraw it at any time in their Google Account settings.

If this policy changes, we will update it here with a new effective date.
